Need a new or second hand but in good conditions PDA Sharp OZ-290Hii touch screen.

My Sharp OZ-290Hii PDA, it felt down, and the screen right up corner got in black, a local workshop told me bring us back the PDA an a same model screen, now I'm looking for this screen model, or if any one is interested in buy the PDA, or somebody can tell me a workshop to send it and it might be refurbished may be great.
