this is a new printer

1 st. problem: at power on it will come up with the sc 384 code. turn off and on and it clears it. 2 nd. problem: the black is not printing and after a few test prints i get the code 274 and i was advised online that it means change the black developer (on order) i previously changed the black toner and that did nothing and have also changed the power control circuit board. anybody got any other ideas.
