Bose trouble shooting

My Bose has started acting up after 14 months. This is the only help I have found, and it is spotty. Bose doesn't answer their phone. They haven't responded to question on their website in more than two days. Their website has no results when queried for "error" "error code" "no video signal" etc. Any ideas?
