Servicing of the DXC

Dear Sir, We are in the business of motion picture films processing,for that we used DXC-3000 sony camera for the color correction m/c.Can we get a manual for the same.From the camera we are not getting proper signal for the green channel,the image some times get green.Pls advice how to solve.
