Setting Clock of JVC car stereo.

Please send me an electronic version of the manual. I have tried for hours to set my car stereo but find that with in a few seconds there is a change from teh eq option. I have not suceeded in selecting the clock option. Your speedy response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
