You will not receive any replies from JVC as they dont offer that type of service, however you have forgotten to mention what the model number is of the TV and so no one can possibly assist unless its known. Also when you say you have transferred an AV connection over what is it you are plugging into the TV? and no matter what it might be how do you know that its not that at fault?
