I have a JVC DVD Player Model# XV-Np10s. I had been playing CD's without any problems. Then I wanted to change the User Background to another one. So I inserted a cd with the needed backgrounds. After choosing the background it said," Saving Please Wait". After a little bit, it changed the screen and went blank and on the DVD display screen, it showed "75". I tried to eject, tried to power off, and nothing worked. The green power on light stayed lit.Then I tried to reboot the player by unplugging it and waiting for awhile before plugging back up. The DVD player still had the green power light lit, and the display screen was blank, and selecting any button, didn't change anything. So, then I decided to unplug it again, but for at least an hour or more and see what happens then. Again, I plugged it back in, and still the green power light was lit, no display screen. So, could you please tell me if I need a new DVD player or maybe this is something simple, I'm overlooking. Thank you!
