Memorex tv no powering on

My Memorex Stereo Surround Receiver Monitor was manufactured in 1991. The service tag is TDG2037T6. It has a Zenith tube. The tv started acting up. I would have to press the power button numerous times before it seemed like it had enough power to turn on. Now, whenever I press the power button it simply makes a clicking sound and then the power light stays blinking. The fuses are good but I don't know what else to try. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
