Complaint about Sony Bravia Television

Bought my first Sony product and only having it 1 year and a week and after having two servicemen look at it, was told the pixels were out. Inferior product and I want an answer what Sony will do to help me. We are very disappointed with this TV because it is unreliable. We will never purchase another Sony product. We looked forward to enjoying this TV as the Salesmen built it up to what a great TV it was, the company is no longer in business. We are in our 80's and used to enjoy watching TV, we cannot do that anymore.
