Please help I have a JVC AV 65WP74 and I can not get the red convergence to line up on the right side

Our neighbors daughter was playing in our family room and while doing summersaults she rolled right into the bottom right corner of our 3 year old JVC AV-65WP74. She ended up with a nice golf ball on her forhead and I now have a nice red shadow on everything on the right side of the tv. I have tried adjusting the convergence using auto and manual and no matter what I do the farther you get from the center of the tv the red line gets farther away from the white line. I see everyone requesting a manual and instructions to fix this, is this something I could please request? I dont have the money to have a tech come and fix
