JVC tv wont turn on

My 42" JVC teledock lcd tv stopped working. Clicks like it will turn on but then the led power indicator turns on and after about a minute it will just start blinking and will stay that way until i unplug it, it is only 4 months old so i dunno whats wrong with it, please help!

A blinking timer light is nearly always a sign that the power supply has developed a fault.
