I just bought a new printhead for my Canon ImagePrograf W8400 but very unfortunately I did a firmware upgrade with the old printhead installed. Now,I keep getting "printhead error" after installing the new printhead. All eforts on LCD buttons have proved abortive. Please tell me what to do? Thanks Regards, Joyce Udeme
