What you require is a standard 4 pin DVi to USB cable, DVi also known as "firewire" or "IEEE1394" cable, however if your PC has a firewire input (can be 4 or 6 pin type, 6 more common on desktop PC's) you are much better using this to couple to your camcorder, as no USB streaming software is necessary and you can use Windows movie maker (or any other programme like Nero etc) to "capture" the video from the camcorder. Cable for this being a firewire 4 pin to 6 pin.
