Thanks for taking my question. I purchased a JVC KC ADV-49. I installed it following the instructions. After a week of it playing normal, all of a sudden while driving, I must have touched a wrong button and now the unit works but I can't get any sound out of it. Yes i have tried the mute button but it still has no sound. My wife worked the remote different ways and we were able to get it to work for a bit without knowing what we did. When i shut the car downa and restart it the same problem happens again. Could you please help?
