I have a JVC Digital Video Camera GR-D73EK not used for a while tried to use it and it comes up with lens cap still on and blank sreen a nd viewer. I am unable to film. I note that this was a problem with them and back in 2007 and you had a fix. Please could you help or point me in the right direction to get help for this problem. I don't want to commit the camera to the junk bin just yet as at present thats where its headed. Regards Nigel
