HR XVC16B vs HR XVC16BU

I am trying to replace a HR XVC16BU which no longer works. Since we have a propriotory system, we can not put any VCR/DVD combo in, without reprograming the entire system at a great expense. I have found a HR XVC16B and are not sure if that is the same unit as a HR XVC16BU. Could you please let me know before I purchase it. I have tried to research this on line at JVC and other areas, but with no success. Does the HR XVC16B have a built in tuner like the HR XVC16BU does? Thank you. Mike Corbo
