please help me solving my problem.i had taken some important photos and now i am unable to retrive that photos from handycam to my harddisk

i am havng a sony DCR-DVD201E.i had shooted some important videos with it.It was connecting to system and when i am trtying to retrivr the videos it was showing the message that"FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED".please help me in solving the problem.its urgent and important for me.please................
