I installed my sony handycam software . but when I want make video cd by it software " Burn my tape to cd",It doesn't regnize my cd-r.I active Burn cd by Handycam, but when I click on it for starting to continue,deley software shows this message :" Please insert a blanck cd-r to distination drive".please solve this my problem by giving information (Guide)
