Need help on Sony HC3 camcorder (can not power up)

Hi, I own Sony HC3 camcorder. and it can not be power on. I think since it was unplugged the charging wire while it was on (current draw back?). Please let me know any idea/part to fix this camcorder. If it is the fuse, could you let me know fuse location. Thanks, Tony
