Hi, My son was given a JVC TV. This particular TV is an October 1999, model #AV-27020, Mfg #15473164. The TV seems to be in sleep mode. When Michael unplugs it and plugs it in again the TV turns on for about 3 seconds only. There is a flashing light on when the TV is plugged in. What can he possibly do to get this TV to work?
