Interesting problem with JVC KS-RT-707.

I have a JVC KS-RT707 for which I need an operators' manual or at least instructions on setting the clock. Originally when I got this unit, the receiver worked fine but no cassette ops. I disassembled and after some troubleshooting and a thorough exam of the pc board, found one contact on a surface mount transistor had never been soldered - it was still copper colored! Soldered it and cassette worked fine. It must have worked after assembly or it would never have passed quality control. Guess time finally caught up with it. Anyway, any help you can give will be much appreciated. Bob
