fixing my lcd

please i have a handycam sony camcorder 308 and recently the touch panel was not working and now it does not display.so i cannot use it or finalise the disc or enter the menu since everything is on the touch panel.it displays a white blank image but can m inside when the lcd is closed plet to fix it or sell
