Its a case of whether or not you have followed the instructions on and from page 24 onwards in your user manual, as they have to be followed "exactly". You should also note the qualification mentioned regarding the software insomuch that its not guaranteed to work on all PC's even although the PC's technical requirements appear to be in order.
