I have a JVC Digital Media Camera GZ-MC500E/EK. The problem is that when I turn the camera on it wont display a picture whilst trying to record or take pictures. It looks like the lense cap is still on but its not. It still records and snaps pictures but everything is black on the screen. There is nothing on the hard drive either. Also I have tried the reset button. Please have you any advice?
