Stacy Sample JVC Service & Engineering Houston, Texas I have had the GR-DVM70 for years. Today when I turned it on I got E04 error. I was able to get the tape out. I put in a new tape but it still game up with the error E04. What other information do you need? Doug 303-971-0601 dflin@juno.com
