Condensation - operation paused

I get this message "Condensation - Operation paused" please wait as soon as I turn on my DV Camcorder. I have tried changing the tapes and putting in a new one, with the same result. It normally will not even close immediately after changing the tape. I have to try it a few times before it accepts the tape and closes. Does anyone know why this problem occurs and how I can get rid of it? Thanks in advance
