Sir/Madam: I have a problem of my JVC model CA-MXDK5 which has an error code of UPGRD DISC. I found the service bulletin but unfortunately the firmware cannot be download due to username and password is required.Kindly advice us JVC customer which site to get that firmware without a hassle as I understand that problem is a progmamming bug from factory.
