Hi, I have a problem with my JVC-TV MODEL-AV-31BM5. First problem, closed caption come on in spanish, I didnt even need close caption. Ive had this problem before. Using the original remote(RM-C722) I attempted to remove the closed caption, I finally removed it. but later it came back, again I attempted to remove the closed caption. Then the real problem started . the screen went black, blocking the entire screen except about two inches on all sides. Not a picture tube problem, but more like a option to prvent someone from viewing whatever. I have repeatedly attempted to remove the black screen with sucess. Please help ..Thanks Dewey Hiers
