C:32:11 keeps popping on screen when I turned on camera

I accidently dropped my Handycam about 3 feet onto a cement flooring. The battery came off and the cassette tape housing openned. I closed the housing and put back the batter and when I turned it on the message C:32:11 keeps popping on the screen. Also when I try to eject the the cassette tape out, the cassette can't come out. Please help ASAP and thank you. John
