TV won't come on. Standby light blinks 4, 6, and 7 times.

I purchased my tv in Feb 2003. The only appliance I've ever purchased an extended warranty on, because of the size and weight of the product. That warranty expired in Feb 07. I'm probably going to have to pay someone to haul it away as I doubt that it will be cost-effective to have it repaired.
