HomeJVC GR-D73AA Hello I have just found your webpage while seraching how to fix this very problem. I have a JVC GR-D73AA that I love but it is displaying that the lense cap is on when its is not? I am taping my daughters 1st christmas today and have only just discovered the problem. Any assistane to fix the problem would be wonderful. Thanking you in advance Maia

Speed is of the essence! as the special FREE repair offer expires at the end of this month, and it should be noted that the offer is only applicable to "original purchasers" of the camcorder and who has documentary proof of this fact. Contact JVC customers services ASAP, your model indicating this either being in NZ or Australia. You will need to send it to JVC to get it repaired. It is most likely a defective CCD image sensor. What country are you in? |
