repair cracked surface touchscreen

my garmin nuvi 200w has crack in the outer surface of the touch screen,even though it originally cost over $300. there on sale for $119 at target, is it cost effective to repair & where can i get the screen witch appears to be just the surface not the picture. thank you for any response.
