JVC LCD TV
APPROX. 4 WEEKS BEFORE MY 1YR. WARR. EXPIRED, MY TV STOPPED WORKING.I EMAILED JVC 3 TIMES WITH MY CONCERN AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE, CALLED TWICE, SAT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS. AND HUNG-UP.FINALLY ON DEC.2 I CONTACTED CIRCUIT CITY AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP, BUT WOULD PATCH ME THROUGH TO JVC.AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH JVC FOR 3 WEEKS MY TV WAS NOW OUT OF WARR.BUT JVC SENT ME AN OUT OF WARR. ACCOMODATION LETTER COVERING THE TV.NOW THAT JVC HAS FOUND OUT THE TV NEEDS A $2200.00 PANEL THEY DONT WANT TO COVER THE REPAIR, EVEN THOUGH TO THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERD MY PRE-WARRANTY EMAILS.WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
