Vertical line on TV, tried 2 different TVs, different cables, comes and goes, not there at cold power-on. Harman-Kardon AVR354

Brand new Harman-Kardon AVR354 reciever. 10-year or so old CRT TV. Seeing a single translucent vertical line, though it moves around to various positions on the TV. Sometimes it goes away, rarely there at reciever power-on (from cold), but appears about 2-5 minutes after. It's there regardless of signal source (tried cable box, Wii, DVD player, etc). Also tried a 2nd, similar TV (older), different cables (using S-Video and/or composite). Is this reciever busted??
