HomeMy software doesn't work anymore I have the JVC movie camera and have made many DVDs from our vacations with the software ver 1.5 that came with the camera. Now I can do everything except burn the movie to a DVD. I get an error that reads "burn failed". Can you help me? Also, where can I get an updated version of this great program? Diane

In the absence of information as regards to the model numbers of whatever you are using the "Burn failed" warning can be due, and is more likely to be, the device you are trying to burn the DVD onto and not the software you are using to do it. |
