I have a Sony DCR-HC38. The camera is about one year old. Today after I ejected a tape I was not able to close the tape door. Immediately after I got the error code C:32:11. Sometimes I also get the message "replace power supply" even though the charger cord is plugged in. I've tried resetting the camera, removing the battery. I even tried removing the battery and replacing it while holding the tape compartment manually closed. Not sure what else I can do. Any help is greatly appreciated. -Alex
