Hello, not sure if anyone in JVC SERVICE & ENGINEERING could take the time to answer a question or give some advice. I have a JVC AV-56WP74 tv and was shocked to have an odd problem occur. Tv was on and working fine then yellow part of picture bowed down from the top causing images to distort and colors to have major goasting, however the blue and red of the images seem to be in the correct place. The JVC TV has not gotten very much use and had been unplugged and stored for an abnormally long renovation project to get completed. (was not exsposed to any abnormal dust - stored in diff. area) ANY AND ALL HELP YOU MIGHT PROVIDE WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Maybe I've just been very lucky so far, but I've never have an major purchase item have any problems this soon. This TV only ever had four months of use or so.
