Model JVC GR-D370U NO power...charger works fine...battery discharged due to fact that NO power is reaching battery when plugged on back of camera...green led not lit when pwr supply is connected...No voltage measured on battery + _ on back of camera with pwr supply plugged into slot...Camera is totally dead when supply is connected... Is there a protective diode between the source and battery to protect the unit from accidently plugging into AC... I examined the unit after taking apart and found no apparent spots on the motherboard that appeared to be damaged... Due to cost of repairs, would it be worth fixing?
