I purchased one of these new and the subwoofer speaker took a dump. All of the electronics are great but the woofer speaker crackles. I have the remote, the receiver, right and left rear speakers and the center speaker. The receiver does not have the amp built into it. The amp for the receiver and the subwoofer are in the subwoofer. I have all of the manuals too.
