HomeGR-AXM17U My camera is less than 1yr old and it doesn't work. It keeps saying unit in safeguard mode error E02 please remove and reattach battery. If I take the battery off or just plug it in the error does not go away.

E-o2 (and 3) are warnings that a problem exists with the cassette being used or the drive / take up spindle not turning properly, the most common thing being a sticking cassette stopping the spindles from turning. |
