Two points barb, the first being that you fail to mention what brand or model of device you are referring to, and the second being that full info on cure remedies for this problem can only be sent to a DIRECT e-mail address, as the info is not only lengthy but contains JPEG back up info, something which cannot be pasted into a reply box.
