Very difficult to explain, as its a visual thing! but basically this is the procedure. (1) Press and Hold the selector button for more than two seconds. (2) Using the left / right buttons select Set clock - hour etc (3) Adjust by turning the control either clock or anti clockwise. (4) To store - Press the selector button again when finished.
