Can't clear Sony cybershot dsc-p32 fault code

I turn on my camera it takes longer than normal for the screen to come on. Once the screen is alive there is then a series of beeps When the beeps stop an error code flashes It is hard to read but is either E:61:00 or E:81:00 The image in the screen is bluured I have tried the reset button several times but this doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
