HELP ERIC

I am having problems with my AV48WP30, and can not figure out anyone to help me. I turn the tv on and i have a complete green screen that rolls vertically. After playing with it for a little while, and turing it off and on continously it will turn on and run like normal. If you can offer any help or advice that would be fantastic Desperate thanks Alex
