Need Case Screws for Sony DSC T-1 camera

Hi! I am the happy recipient of a VERY-used-but-still-working Sony DSC T-1 digital camera. I would like to find some case screws for it so I can get rid of the duct tape. Viewing the camera from the back, I am missing both the top and bottom standard-head screws on the right side of the camera, and one of the two philips-head screws from the bottom of the camera.
