Yes !!! It works...I don't know for how long but I wish to thank all the gentlemen here for the advice to hit the camera with hand. It worked instantly after several repeats of hits (light and medium hits) at the bottom and the sides. The model is DCR-TR7000 PAL. I think the problem looks like mechanical, probably bearing or gear, and the shaking removes dust or rust, or puts back some removed parts in position.
