Home | Previous messageI have a JVC AV32850 TV. It does not turn on, when the tv is plugged in a red light (on timer) flashes and makes a ticking noise. I've unplugged the tv for some time now. When I go to plug it in it still ticks and the tv will not turn on. By the way this problem happen months ago. Please help.
