No service by your dealers

I had purchased a 14" TV from M/s Vipin Electronic Sakinaka. The TV doesnot catch signals on L band. I asked the dealer to send an official mechanic from Onida.He had sent some local fellow, who took the cirucit board and returned after a week. Now even the working channels have disappeared. Only 40 channels are there now in place of 70. pl. help
