I am getting error code 31:23 on my sony TRV50 digital video camcorder. I have seen others have this same problem. I would like not to have to buy a new camera right now. I have taken out tape and battery at times and sometimes it works for a short while and others it still does not take the flashing icon away. What do you know about this? Many thanks, Mary
