video problems

having a video problem with my DCR-TRV11 everything is in black and white on the LCD display and black and red through the view finder, also it will record video but there is no picture on playback, playback is fine when used in the VCR using the adapter cassette, the pictures on the memory stick are very distorted and the color is black and green on the camera but not on my computer. it has not shown any error messages and I have tried to reset the camera with no change, any help would be greatly appreciated
